Established in Brassac since 1975, Filatures du Parc was founded in the heart of a region historically shaped by wool and textiles. The Tarn textile basin has long brought together the full range of expertise across the textile industry, from raw material to yarn, from weaving and knitting to textile finishing processes. It was within this environment, both traditional and industrial, that the spinning mill forged its identity. From the beginning, the company chose a path of continuity: preserving local “savoir-faire”, maintaining its manufacturing capabilities, and sustaining a French spinning mill capable of meeting the demands of its time.

Transmission
As a family business, the transmission of know-how is deeply rooted in everyday life at Filatures du Parc. Expertise is developed through years of hands-on work and close interaction with materials. Training a spinner, color specialist, or yarn technician requires experience, patience, and a trained eye. This transfer of know-how ensures the quality and consistency of yarns produced today.

Innovation
Over the years, Filatures du Parc has adapted its practices to future challenges while remaining true to its origins. In 2007, the company filed a patent for a pioneering technology, reflecting its forward-looking vision: creating new materials from existing resources. This approach allows innovation to strengthen and expand the company’s expertise.

Vision
Today, Filatures du Parc continues this momentum by combining textile heritage, technical excellence, and circular commitment. To strengthen its recycling expertise, the company invested in new finishing equipment that complements existing technologies and enables the processing of delicate materials.
